A wild front row reshuffles the Monaco GP

It is absolutely insane what happened on the streets of Monte Carlo today. Kimi Antonelli, our championship leader, grabbed pole position for Mercedes, and he did it by staying just ahead of the Red Bull driven by Max Verstappen. Nobody predicted this front row, but that is the beauty of this place.

Ferrari was supposed to be the favorite here, but they ended up stranded on the second row. Lewis Hamilton will start ahead of Charles Leclerc, who hit the barriers during his final attempt at this home circuit. It is a disaster for Leclerc, but that is Monaco for you.

Looking further down, Isack Hadjar secured a spot on row three in his Red Bull, right beside George Russell’s Mercedes. The fourth row belongs to the McLarens of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, with Pierre Gasly for Alpine and Liam Lawson for Racing Bulls rounding out the top 10.
