Alpine hit a wall at Barcelona-Catalunya

It was a grim Friday for Alpine at the Barcelona-Catalunya Grand Prix. Managing Director Steve Nielsen was remarkably blunt after the session, admitting it was “the poorest Friday we’ve had so far” for the team.

Both drivers were reporting identical struggles out on track during practice. It is a frustrating reality for the team, as Nielsen confirmed they have plenty of work ahead to resolve the issues before the action continues.
