New stages unveiled for 2026 Rally Japan route
The 2026 FORUM8 Rally Japan will retain its established base at Toyota Stadium, with event operations centered at Sky Hall Toyota. While the hub remains consistent, competitors will encounter an updated route across the event's asphalt stages.
Competition kicks off with a shakedown at Kuragaike Park on Thursday. Friday features the debut of the technical Asuke stage, alongside established tests such as Isegami’s Tunnel and the Inabu/Shitara loop. On Saturday, the route expands into Gifu Prefecture for the Ena and Mt. Kasagi stages, culminating in the first appearance of the Fujioka Super Special Stage near Toyota City.
The final day of the rally includes the Nukata stage and a reversed version of the Kuragaike Park test. The event will conclude at Lake Mikawako with the running of the Wolf Power Stage.
