Pierre Gasly reflects on a testing Friday at the Austrian Grand Prix

It was a tricky Friday practice in Austria for Pierre Gasly, who spent the day focused on data gathering. The Alpine squad arrived at the circuit with a significant amount of new parts fitted to the A526, and the team’s priority was clearly understanding how these changes behave on track.

Gasly admits there is a bit of work to do following the sessions, but he remains pragmatic. He noted that there were some good learnings to take away from the day despite the challenges of the afternoon.
