Qualifying details set for 2026 Sonoma Raceway weekend

It is finally time to head west. The NASCAR Cup Series and the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series are descending upon the winding hills of Sonoma Raceway for what is the definitive road-course showdown of the 2026 season.

For the Cup Series, the intensity starts on Saturday with practice at 2:00 p.m. ET, followed immediately by group qualifying at 3:10 p.m. ET on truTV. The O’Reilly Auto Parts Series gets the weekend rolling a bit earlier, hitting the track on Friday for practice at 4:00 p.m. ET, with their group qualifying session slated for 5:05 p.m. ET on The CW App.
