Thierry Neuville secures Hyundai's first win of the season in Portugal

Thierry Neuville and co-driver Martijn Wydaeghe secured a pivotal victory at Rally de Portugal, handing Hyundai its first win of the current campaign. The triumph marks Neuville’s 23rd WRC win and his second in the Matosinhos-based rally, ending a difficult start to the season that included a high-profile retirement in Croatia. Despite the win, Hyundai continues to trail Toyota in both championships, with Elfyn Evans extending his lead in the standings by finishing third.
