Gus Greensmith sits second, having successfully whittled his deficit to 55.3 seconds. Despite a rear-right puncture during the afternoon loop, the Briton produced an exceptional stage time on Elmenteita 2, outperforming several Rally1 entries. Fabrizio Zaldivar completes the top three, though he faces mechanical challenges heading into the final stages that have forced a more defensive approach to his driving.

Andreas Mikkelsen holds fourth position ahead of Diego Domínguez, who showcased impressive pace with a stage win despite earlier engine trouble. Daniel Chwist completes the provisional top six, having successfully negotiated the difficult conditions in his Škoda to remain in contention.
