1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and OneRacing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the OneRacing mobile application and the oneracingapp.com website (together, “the Service”). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, log in, or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must provide an accurate date of birth when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create a OneRacing account. Pre-existing accounts of users under 13 may only view community content and cannot post, reply, or otherwise generate content. Some community features require verified adult approval for younger teens. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service except as permitted by law.

4. User-Generated Content

The Service includes community features that let users post text, images, replies, votes, and other content (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating it. Copyright complaints about User Content are handled under our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content or behavior that violates these Terms will not be permitted, and users who engage in it will be removed from the community.

You agree not to submit, post, or share any User Content that is:

• Illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
• Harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, or that targets others based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality;
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or that sexualizes minors in any way;
• Violent, graphic, or that incites harm against any person or group;
• Defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or that impersonates another person;
• Spam, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Otherwise objectionable, obscene, or inappropriate.

You also agree not to abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise mistreat other users.

6. Moderation and 24-Hour Enforcement

We moderate community content and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior. When content is reported, we will review it and, within 24 hours, remove any content found to violate these Terms and eject the user who provided the offending content by suspending or terminating their access to community features. We may also remove content and terminate accounts proactively, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

7. Reporting and Blocking Tools

Every signed-in user has tools to keep the community safe:

• Flag / report: Use the menu on any post or reply to report it. Reported content is reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
• Block: Use the menu on a post to block its author. You will no longer see posts or replies from users you have blocked, and they cannot interact with you or your content.

These tools are available to any signed-in user, including view-only accounts. You can manage blocked accounts at any time from your community settings.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or its community features at any time if you violate these Terms, including under our repeat-infringer policy. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. User Content is created by users and does not reflect our views; we are not responsible for User Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

OneRacing is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, MotoGP, NASCAR, IndyCar, WRC, WEC, or any other series, team, or organization mentioned on the Service. All logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the competitions covered.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the Service or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
