After Bamber controlled the opening 33 minutes, Aitken took over and pulled out a 14-second lead, showing the kind of pace that makes this machine a pure beast. Even two late-race caution periods couldn't stop them, and Aitken ultimately crossed the finish line 6.023 seconds clear of the field.

The No. 25 BMW M Team WRT entry of Philipp Eng and Marco Wittmann fought hard for second, but they were simply chasing shadows as the Cadillac checked out. Meanwhile, Ricky Taylor and Filipe Albuquerque secured a hard-fought third place in the No. 10 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing machine, a major result for their season.
This victory cements a remarkable streak for the Cadillac Whelen pair, marking their seventh consecutive podium. It is a run of form that feels genuinely insane in the current IMSA GTP era. With this result, Aitken moves to the top of the driver standings, holding a 144-point cushion as the series now turns its eyes toward Watkins Glen.
