Formula E heads to Shanghai for rounds 12 and 13
The championship battle is about to get serious as we arrive at the Shanghai International Circuit. This is a fast, flowing, and unforgiving track—the kind of place that separates the heroes from the rest and is guaranteed to shake up the standings as we head into rounds 12 and 13 of the 2025/26 season.
Action kicks off with Free Practice 1 on Friday, 3 July at 16:00 local time. The schedule for Saturday, 4 July, features Free Practice 2 at 08:30, Qualifying at 10:40, and the first race at 15:05. Sunday, 5 July, follows a similar rhythm with Free Practice 3 at 08:30, Qualifying at 10:40, and the second race at 15:05.
If you want to keep your pulse racing, live timing and interactive maps will be available on the web and through the Formula E app. It is five days of intense racing action, and from what we know, we should expect plenty of trackside insights and raw speed from this iconic venue.
