Formula E makes its long-awaited return to Sanya

It is absolutely wild to think that seven years have passed since we last saw Formula E machinery on the streets of Sanya. Now, the series returns to the Chinese island for Round 11 of the 2025/26 campaign, and with only eight drivers on the grid having any experience at this venue, the unpredictability is off the charts.

The action kicks off with Free Practice 1 on Friday 19 June at 16:30 local time, followed by a busy Saturday 20 June featuring Free Practice 2 at 08:30, Qualifying at 10:40, and the main event itself at 15:05 local time.
