“I wouldn’t say it’s frustrating,” Kirkwood said of the championship fight against the Chip Ganassi Racing powerhouse. “It just makes us work harder.” With his team executing perfect pit stops and sharp strategy, the Andretti Global driver refuses to fold, insisting that the title is far from lost with plenty of racing left on the calendar.
