Thrilling action marks the Chevrolet Detroit Sports Car Classic

The Chevrolet Detroit Sports Car Classic pushed the Grand Touring Prototype and Grand Touring Daytona Pro fields to the limit. We were treated to a 100-minute battle around the 1.645-mile, nine-turn temporary street course, marking the second and final street race of the season.

It was a relentless affair in downtown Detroit, delivering intense racing for the third consecutive year. We even saw some stalwart teams finally claim their first wins of the year after hovering near the top all season long.
