At the very top of the list is Mariano Werner, carrying a hefty 35 kg. He stands alone as the only driver to secure two wins this season. The first came at Termas de Río Hondo, adding 25 kg to his machine, and the second came last time out in San Luis, where he picked up another 10 kg behind the wheel of the Ford Mustang prepared by the Fadel Memo Corse squad.
Right behind him are nine other drivers who secured a win during the regular stage, each picking up 25 kg of ballast. That group features Nicolás Moscardini in a Ford Mustang, Julián Santero in a BMW, Agustín Canapino in a Chevrolet Camaro, Santiago Mangoni in a Chevrolet Camaro, Facundo Chapur in a Torino, Valentín Aguirre in a Chevrolet Camaro, Otto Fritzler in a Mercedes Benz, Tobías Martínez in a Chevrolet Camaro, and Juan Martín Trucco in a Dodge Challenger.
The system works on a sliding scale for success. A first victory adds 25 kg of ballast, a second adds 10 kg, and a third victory brings 5 kg, with the absolute maximum weight capped at 40 kg.
