Formula 1 machines operate as some of the fastest billboards on the planet. Every single team carries a distinct brand identity alongside a roster of commercial partners eager for maximum exposure on that precious bodywork. Yet, every once in a while, a squad breaks away from their standard visual scheme. That exact scenario plays out for Haas this weekend as they roll out a special Godzilla livery at the United States Grand Prix, designed to promote the new Godzilla Minus Zero movie.
Before the VF-26 touches the asphalt at the Circuit of The Americas, the team pulled back the curtain on how a unique, one-off livery actually goes from concept to reality.
“Whenever we look at brand collaborations it has to be a cultural fit with who we are as a team,” explains Francois Puentes, Motorsport Partnerships and Marketing Leader at Haas.
