Now, the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series makes its way eastward to tackle the 2.66-mile track of Talladega Superspeedway. The upcoming Saturday battle—scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET on The CW, ESPN Unlimited, MRN Radio, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio—follows a hard-fought contest at Phoenix Raceway.
This upcoming race, known as The Progress Group 250, marks a crucial junction in the calendar. It stands as the seventh of nine rounds making up this season's Chase presented by Mobil 1, as well as the 31st points-paying event overall.
Coming in hot after a victory at Phoenix, Jesse Love captured the Chase lead in the standings. The No. 2 Richard Childress Racing pilot currently holds a 36-point edge over Justin Allgaier and the No. 7 JR Motorsports camp.

Love, the defending O'Reilly champion, brings serious credentials to this venue. In five career races at the track, he has finished 10th or better, which includes a 2024 O'Reilly victory at the location. Meanwhile, his teammate and fellow Chaser Austin Hill enters as the defending Talladega fall winner.
When the garage opens for Saturday's event, a massive field of forty-one cars will be entered into the action.
