Keeping an eye on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the paddock moves straight to Lusail for the second round of the year, before taking a short breather to cross over to the Americas.
Brazil opens up the second double-header of the season to pave the way for Buenos Aires, which returns to the championship after nearly three decades away. The action at the Autodromo Oscar y Juan Galvez is set for the second weekend of April. The bikes then head to Austin ten days later, before turning toward Europe for Jerez on May 9, running a week later than its usual slot.
A heavy block of 12 events fills the European leg between mid-May and early October. The Italian Grand Prix at Mugello lands on May 30, while the San Marino and Rimini Riviera Grand Prix at Misano takes place on September 12. Following a stop at Portimao, the championship leaves Europe behind for a demanding Asian stretch.
Japan on October 17, Malaysia on October 24, and Indonesia on October 31 combine to form the sole triple-header of 2027, serving as a direct springboard into Oceania. Phillip Island steps down from hosting the Australian Grand Prix, handing the event to the Adelaide semi-urban circuit as part of Liberty Media's push to attract other cities around the globe.
