That said, the leather suits and helmets took a well-earned backseat on Sunday night as the paddock traded them for their Sunday best to mark the conclusion of the 39th campaign of the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship. Jerez played host to the glamorous celebration following the season's final day of racing, bringing together some of the biggest names in the paddock to look back on a historic 2026 season.
At the very center of the limelight were the Champions from all four categories making up the championship. Nicolo Bulega, representing Aruba.it Racing - Ducati, took his well-deserved place among the headliners after a stunning season of speed in WorldSBK. He was joined in the celebrations by WorldSSP Champion Albert Arenas of the AS BLU CRU Racing Team.
Rounding out the roster of top honours were WorldSPB Champion Xavi Artigas, flying the flag for MTM Kawasaki, and WorldWCR Champion Maria Herrera, representing Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR. Each of these machines and their riders were formally recognised on the evening for their sheer pace throughout the year.
