Marc Márquez leads the MotoGP 2026 championship on 365 points, 10 ahead of Jorge Martín, after Grand Prix of Australia. With 4 rounds to go, up to 148 points are still available.
7 drivers can still mathematically win the title: Marc Márquez (365), Jorge Martín (355), Marco Bezzecchi (315), Pedro Acosta (263), Ai Ogura (259), Fabio Di Giannantonio (252) and Raúl Fernández (236).
The title cannot be settled at Petronas Grand Prix of Malaysia: the earliest it can be decided is Grand Prix of Qatar, and only if Marc Márquez keeps extending the lead.
Next up: Petronas Grand Prix of Malaysia, October 30 – November 1.
How we count it: the official MotoGP points system, adding every bonus point the regulations still award. Tie-breaks on wins are not included, so a title is only called when the lead is out of reach.
