Here's the thing about junior single-seater racing: continuity is a rare and beautiful beast. MP Motorsport have announced that Maciej Gladysz will race for the team in the 2027 FIA Formula 3 season, reuniting the driver with the Dutch squad where he built his early single-seater career.
Gladysz heads into this move after a strong rookie year in F3 that saw him secure a Feature Race victory at Silverstone and finish 12th in the Drivers’ Standings. The Polish driver is no stranger to the outfit, having spent his first two years in single-seaters with MP, taking third place in both the Formula Winter Series and Spanish F4 Championship in 2024. Before stepping up further, Gladysz and MP also captured the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship in 2025.
“I’m extremely pleased to rejoin the MP family for my second go at FIA F3”, said Gladysz. “I have happy memories of my years with the team, especially my debut season in single-seaters in which I became a race winner in only my third weekend.
“MP have come up very strong in the final part of the F3 season to clinch third in the teams standings, and with a year’s experience under my belt, it’s my goal to help the team transform that run of form into more wins in 2027. I can’t wait to get started!”
MP Motorsport Team Principal Sander Dorsman clearly shares that enthusiasm. “It’s an absolute joy to welcome Maciej back into the fold”, Dorsman added. “We recorded six race wins and 16 podiums in the two seasons we spent together, and I see no reason why we shouldn’t add any more to those. Maciej has been truly outstanding on his FIA F3 debut and for many in the team, he is a known quantity, which will help us hit the ground running in our preparation for the new season.”
