Here is the thing about racing institutions: behind every race weekend, every screaming engine, and every checkered flag, there is the paperwork. Yesterday, the ACTC handled business by carrying out its Ordinary General Assembly at the organization's headquarters located at Bogotá 166, Caballito, strictly following the statutory rules of the institution.
The meeting was led by the Executive Committee, featuring president Hugo Mazzacane, vice-president Gastón Mazzacane, secretary general Facundo Gil Bicella, and treasurer Juan Manuel Deambrosi. They were joined by members of the Board of Directors, various drivers, and members of the entity in a completely normal gathering.
Everything on the agenda went according to plan during the routine institutional meeting. The annual balance sheet was presented and duly approved by accountant Dr. Jorge Zigagna, with participation from Dr. Carlos Lazzatti, Dr. Rubén Guidobono, and lawyer Alejandro Schulze, alongside the backing of notary Dr. Silvana González.
To cap off the gathering, the day also saw the official incorporation of new members into the institution. The entire meeting concluded smoothly and in full compliance with the Statute, bringing together the members, Board of Directors, and the leadership of the Executive Committee.
