Here is the thing about motorsport education: it goes far beyond the racetrack and the weekend battles. ACTC Educación just completed the first of three scheduled training sessions during its visit to the city of Rosario, staging a comprehensive Clínica Educativa de Manejo Seguro on this Wednesday at the Autódromo Juan Manuel Fangio alongside the Agencia Provincial de Seguridad Vial, aimed directly at the Policía de la Provincia de Santa Fe.
Running from roughly 8 in the morning until 18:30 hours, the intensive day brought heavy representation from the organizing bodies. Facundo Gil Bicella, acting as Secretary General, and Luis Miraldi, serving as Protesorero, were present for the ACTC. They were joined by Carlos Torres, the Secretary General of the Agencia Provincial de Seguridad Vial, and Fabián Svigliati, the President of the Autódromo.
The heavy lifting on the instructional side fell to Claudio Alonso, Osvaldo Beccam, Pablo Azorin, and Diego Garay. Their audience consisted of personnel from the police and the municipality of Rosario, utilizing actual fleets of vehicles with a clear, vital mission: delivering practical tools to sharpen driving skills, prevent accidents, and build a lasting culture of road safety.
Participants were put through a rigorous curriculum featuring simulation experiences inside controlled environments, hands-on track exercises, and performance evaluations designed to teach the critical value of prevention and decision-making behind the wheel. The machine work on track was serious, putting front and reverse slalom runs, curves and counter-curves, braking drills, and harmonious driving techniques strictly to the test.
Following the previous Clínica de Manejo Seguro held at San Nicolás 2025, ACTC Educación has successfully brought back one of the most compelling offerings in its educational blueprint. It is a striking commitment to continuous training, proving that innovative educational products firmly rooted in motorsport can reach far outside the grandstands and into everyday public safety.
